There is nothing like fresh baked home made bread – so yummy
I don’t have a gluten intolerance so generally I make ‘normal’ bread. I am experimenting with gluten free flour though but it may take a while to perfect the technique. Bear with me though and I’m pretty sure I can crack it!
Breads to date have been mixed varieties with wholemeal, Sourdough and Rye flours so I will share the recipes with you shortly!
